These coasters are made of mahogany wood with mother-of-pearl inlay. They are all individually handmade by the Maranao indigenous artisans in the Tugaya area of the Southern Philippines, who have been doing mother-of-pearl inlays with jackfruit wood for generations, as one of their traditional crafts. The set comes with 6 coasters, and no two are alike.
