These zippered pouches are a result of a special collaboration. The cotton was hand-dyed in natural, single-origin indigo by an artisan in the northern part of the Philippines where they are currently reviving the natural-dyeing tradition in their community. Then it is hand-embroidered by the tribal members from the southern part of the Philippines, using their indigenous pattens and designs created with a cross-stitch technique. Each one is unique, no two are alike.
Supporting, preserving, and celebrating indigenous tribes and their rich cultures is at the heart of KINdom. We are all KIN.
