Cassidy Upcycled Indigenous Embroidery 2-way Shirt, Khaki
In the pursuit of circular fashion & a circular economy, as well as support of indigenous communities, we upcycled our Cassidy 2-way convertible shirt in crisp and comfy reclaimed fine stretch poplin with hand-embroidery, in collaboration with the T-Boli indigenous artisans of Lake Sebu, Philippines. The embroidery designs hand-made on this garment are traditional T'Boli symbols for the elements found innate, mainly mountains, hills, plants, and trees. No two are exactly alike.
Meantime, the shirt is two-in-one: Just button-up for long sleeve and unbutton the pieces to make short sleeves. The banded bottom adds a design twist, while the shirred band at the back ensures a comfortable fit. Wear it as a shirt or overlay as a jacket. And did we mention it's Unisex? Women's S = Men's XS, Women's M = Men's S, Women's L = Men's M, Women's XL = Men's L, Women's XXL = Men's XL. Sweet.
